Shipping Coverage
We ship across the USA. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier but typically take3-5 business days through USPS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as “delivered” but not received.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to assist in locating it. Please allow up to 2 days for the carrier’s investigation.
Once a package is marked as “delivered,” we are not liable for its theft or loss. We recommend shipping to a secure location or P.O. box to minimize risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect addresses.
